Flamingo-a-go-go

Have you seen the new Lily Pulizter & Target Collaboration? The prints are so fresh and summery! I am torn between the Giraffe Print & the Fan Dance (Flamingo) prints. Feeling inspired by her bright collaboration, I set out to make my own Flamingo Print.

Started out with some rough sketches...

Once I drew my perfect bird, she was scanned and repeated into a print.

Having submitted my print for sample yardage, I can only await the fabric arrival, and dream of what to I'm going to sew.
